Dolomites King Trail

Two passes, twice as much riding fun

With the e-bike:
Starting out from Wolkenstein, the trail takes you to the Dantercepies gondola summit station. Up to this point, we follow the route of the world-famous “Südtirol Sellaronda HERO” mountain bike race, only with one significant difference: we cover the 6 kilometers and 650 vertical meters on an e-bike. The Cir trail then takes us to the Gardena Pass. After a downhill section and a short climb, we arrive first at Chalet Gerard and then at Miramonti via the old ski piste. We change here from off-road to asphalt: the Sella Pass is closed to cars today, allowing us to enjoy the Dolomite passes and their magnificent landscape to the full. After a lunch break at the Passo Sella Mountain Resort, we ride through the interesting “Stone City” and on to the famous Comici Hut. We then continue on a new trail to Monte Pana and finally return to Wolkenstein via La Selva. This is one of the week’s most varied tours.

With the mountain bike:
This tour is the same as described above, only we take the Dantercepies gondola up to 2,300 m for the first section.
